    I learned my lesson to check reviews before booking. It would have been better for the guide to give instructions all together before we got on the trail. This would help those who are not as experienced riders! Instead, she barked orders from the front and got upset when those in the back did not follow them. Helmets are also not cleaned between rides. I was handed spray and paper towel and asked to clean it myself. We felt really bad when they would not accommodate or assist a younger gentleman who could not lift his leg over the horse due to having cerebral palsy. He walked away with his heart and hopes crushed. Having experience with horses, I know they can be used greatly as therapy. The trail was NOT through the mountains, but instead wrapped around a golf course. The only good thing about the experience is that I was able to spend time with my daughter! I hope they can improve these areas and make the experience better for others!

    Called to obtain quote for condo insurance on a property that is leased. Got an initial quote that was satisfactory, but agent had to talk to underwriter. In spite of several subsequent calls to them, they have not/will not even call me back. Least they could do is inform me that they can't write the policy I want, but they apparently choose to ingnore me.

    Joanne Bachmann and RE/MAX Crossroads has got to be the worst agent and agency I ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I lost a potential home and about $700 working with this agency because of Joanne's lack of interest, poor communication skills, and lack of professionalism; and the agency's broker who was not willing to assist. Read all the reviews....there's a pattern here. There are too many other agencies and hard working agents out there for you to risk working with this one. Do yourself a BIG favor....find a different agency.
